• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage , reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
• Customized, cut-to-size, or installed products cannot be returned or exchanged .
• Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at the company’s discretion.
• Refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

Select products come with manufacturer warranties (for example, SPC Flooring – 10 years, Artificial Turf – 5 years).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damages due to improper installation, maintenance, or natural wear & tear.
