VB Ventures envisioned an attractive, functional outdoor sports amenity for residents at Aundh Renaissance, a residential development in the premium Aundh neighbourhood of Pune.
The objective was to create a visually appealing multipurpose recreational court that would complement the development's architectural character while providing residents with a dedicated space for sports, exercise and everyday recreation.
The proposed sports surface needed to combine outdoor durability, suitable playing traction, clearly defined court markings and an attractive colour scheme, while integrating with the surrounding residential landscape.
The sports court was positioned within a developed residential environment, surrounded by apartment buildings, paved circulation areas and existing architectural features.
The key challenge was to create a professional-looking recreational sports surface within the available footprint while maintaining visual harmony with the premium residential setting.
The project required careful attention to surface preparation, level consistency, drainage considerations, court geometry and accurate sports line marking.
The final finish also needed to deliver a cohesive appearance when viewed from the surrounding residences and common areas.
Decospaa developed a coordinated outdoor multipurpose sports flooring solution for Aundh Renaissance, combining recreational functionality with a contemporary architectural aesthetic.
The court features a distinctive blue-and-green playing surface, with contrasting white boundary lines and yellow sports markings to create clear visual differentiation between playing zones.
The flooring layout was designed to maximise the utility of the available recreational area while delivering a clean, structured and visually balanced appearance.
Special attention was given to the alignment of playing zones, colour transitions, surface finishing and sports line marking, creating a coordinated outdoor amenity that complements the surrounding residential development.
The completed court reflects Decospaa's approach to residential sports infrastructure: practical recreational design, careful execution and an emphasis on long-term usability.
