• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds are applicable only for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit , reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Customized or cut-to-size items are not eligible for return.
• All returns must be approved by our support team before dispatching the product back.
Select products are covered under manufacturer warranty (e.g., flooring 10 years, turf 5 years).
Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural wear & tear.
